Wish there was a better estimated time frame of service, don't tell someone a day and take about a week, be straight up and tell me it's going to be a few days. Absolutely terrible experience with this service center. Zero communication from the staff to the point I had to reach out for updates 5 days later, where they informed me the vehicle had not even been looked at yet (see photos). Fast forward another several days and no communication so I had to call several times again to get a hold of somebody for updates. I was informed parts were being delivered and it would be done by Friday, 9 days after initial drop off. After no word on Friday, another several calls and unanswered voicemails left with the service manager , I was informed that the parts still weren’t in, at which point I told them I would pick up the car to be repaired elsewhere. Upon picking up the car 13 days after initially dropping it off, albeit not repaired, the battery was dead and the tech said the mechanic left the hazards on which drained the battery. So we waited another 45 minutes to have the battery replaced before we could finally leave. Rude and incompetent staff all the way up to the manager level. I will never return again and cannot recommend. More

(2)Their "multipoint free inspection" is a joke - all expensive items they recommended were already taken care on my truck very recently - i.e. they didn't actually check my vehicle, they just "fished" for more work. (3)The oil-change reminder sticker on my windshield was hand-scribbled and illegible. (4) They forgot to reset the "maintenance required" indicator. (5)Finally, the technician's walk-through video they send me didn't have audio, so it was useless. All-in-all, I got what I paid for... So, I am unlikely to come back to Denver Autonation Chevrolet... More
