Worst service department EVER!! Let our car sit for weeks waiting for part to come. Once part came, Ben Herrera said “it shows it was delivered but we can’t find it” I asked him if he was going to call to lo waiting for part to come. Once part came, Ben Herrera said “it shows it was delivered but we can’t find it” I asked him if he was going to call to locate part with tracking number, he had the nerve to say “that’s not my job”. Not sure what is his job other then making me do the leg work to find this part. Worst customer service and lack of any type of empathy. Clearly didn’t care if we had our car or not. Place is a joke More

Overall experience was good. Tyler was there to answer all my questions and to get things done that needed to be addressed. The car could have been a little cleaner. 😊 Thank you! all my questions and to get things done that needed to be addressed. The car could have been a little cleaner. 😊 Thank you! More

Bought a 2012 impala with the 90 day 4000 mile limited warranty in August and 2 weeks after the front temp door actuator was sticking, blowing hot air from one vent and cold from the other. Went in and wa warranty in August and 2 weeks after the front temp door actuator was sticking, blowing hot air from one vent and cold from the other. Went in and was told that they couldn’t get it in for 3 weeks.Took it today and sat for 3 hours only to be told that the warranty didn’t cover it and it was going to cost $459.00 to have a $40.00 part installed. Warranty is worthless!! Called the manager and was told it’s up to me to get it fixed. I thought AutoNation was a decent dealer to but from... no more do I think that. My business along with my friends and family will go somewhere else since they won’t do the right thing More
DO NOT buy a car from this dealership. They sold me a car and the tires deflated 10 miles down the road, the spare key was to a different car, headlights were burnt out, transmission failed a month later and and the tires deflated 10 miles down the road, the spare key was to a different car, headlights were burnt out, transmission failed a month later and some sort of grinding in the axel. When I contacted about the warranty I purchased, and the worries about developing problems, they told me to find another place to service my vehicle and said “sorry, sometimes you just buy a bad car”. THE WORST! Now the “general manager” or the computer in charge of handling these things better than their staff can has replied after this review asking what “they can do” when they already failed to answer simple warranty questions and brushed me off and stuck me with a $14,000 paper weight. Definitely reporting to Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! More

2 months for repair, and they wrecked my tailgate They had my truck for 2 months for a repair. Gave me a loaner that was not in the same class as my truck. I got a Cruze. Mick Derner called me one day They had my truck for 2 months for a repair. Gave me a loaner that was not in the same class as my truck. I got a Cruze. Mick Derner called me one day and said he wanted to swap out my Enterprise rental loaner for one of their trucks, so I took the afternoon off work to drive all the way up there. When I got there he told me he had already given the truck to someone else. So that was a waste of personal time I had taken off of work. A few weeks later Mick called while I was at work so I couldn't answer. He called again later that day. But that was a Friday and I just couldn't get there that day. So he has his manager Travis call me on Saturday who threatened to make me pay for the rental if I didn't drop what I was doing and go pick up my truck. When I got there, I found that there was fresh damage on the tailgate. Mick said he didn't know anything about it and walked back inside the dealership. I am having to file a complaint with GM/Chevy to get this resolved. It would appear that my experience with this dealer is consistent with the other reviews left on this and other sites. Oh yeah, and he didn't seem to like that I was upset about the poor service and told me he would call the police. Can't wait to get the survey from Chevrolet. More
