Well this just added to my frustration, I tried the listed number 3 times today (Friday) and went through the continuous loop of recordings for over an hour and a half. Didn’t matter what choice or department I chose, 1,2,3,4 or 5 not one human answered, it went directly to the recording even the 0 for operator assistance went straight to the recordings!! Don’t really know how to proceed at this point in time.
