Told them I was on active duty and I won't be able to get the vehicle out for a bit. They replied no problem. After a month, since I am in another state, had my vehicle picked up and found out I was char the vehicle out for a bit. They replied no problem. After a month, since I am in another state, had my vehicle picked up and found out I was charged a storage fee. When ininquired about the arbitrary fee, their response was that they are not a storage facility. This is AFTER they charge me 4.5 hours on a 1.5 hour starter job for a 1997 Chevy truck. 3 bolts, 15 min, 1200 bucks. Theives. More

The level of unprofessionalism from a few of the staff members at this dealer is unbelievable. The manager Aaron working on 2/16/22 was incredibly unhelpful and never followed up with his word. Some of the lady's working the Service calls were rude, defensive against your requests, and constantly speak over you. I only came here because my vehicle required immediate attention. To be completely honest, I should have listened to reviews I read about this dealership prior to having them work on our truck. The only helpful, knowledgeable person at this place is Ashleigh, the assistant manager. More
Service desk informed car would not brake in reverse. Informed I needed nuther appt to correct. Left dealer no reverse brake. Went to Brakes+. Usual service good.
