After having my truck towed into this dealership for evaluation for a serious electrical failure, they took NINE DAYS to even look at my truck. I followed all the instructions from my warranty company, evaluation for a serious electrical failure, they took NINE DAYS to even look at my truck. I followed all the instructions from my warranty company, based on my purchase for that warranty, specifically calling the dealership in advance to let them know my truck will be brought in and was told I would be contacted by a service tech. Five days later, not hearing a single word from anyone, I called them to find out the status. I was connected with someone who told me that he was just handed the service detail and, since he had only been there for about 10 days, he would look into it. Five days later, without hearing ANYTHING FROM ANYONE, I went to the dealership to retrieve some items I needed for my job. The truck started immediately, and the service rep offered to get a scanner to see if he could see what the problem was. That processes resulted in an electrical short of some kind and he offered to do whatever he could to get the problem addressed. Two days later, he called me and told me he had good news. The cause of the electrical problem was due to a loose wire on the ground terminal of the battery and after tightening the connections they found the issue was corrected. So, nine days after they took possession of my truck, they used a 6mm open end wrench to tighten a bolt and charged me $199.95, which likely took about 3 minutes to do. In the meantime, I spent over $600 dollars for a rental, was without the ability to service my employer requirements for over 10 days and the dealership showed ZERO CONCERN FOR MY ISSUES!! I INTEND TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW AND USE EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA VENUE I HAVE TO TELL THE WORLD THAT AUTONATION CHEVEROLET NORTH ARE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT, PREFER TO RIP CUSTOMERS OFF RATHER THAN PERFORM COMMON CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTENTION, AND TAKE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS OF THE HARD-EARNED MONEY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR AS LITTLE AS 3 MINUTES OF WORK. This company should be prosecuted for fraud and blatant theft of their customers as, in my opinion, they do it on purpose to cause hefty financial strain on anyone doing business with them. If the management of this crooked organization cares to reach out to me, although I suspect they'll just think I'm a "nobody" and brush it off, I'd warmly entertain an explanation and an offer of restitution. Otherwise, I will do all I can to let the entire front range in the area of Denver, Colorado know they are crooks, inept and untrustworthy. More
