AutoNation Chevrolet North - Service Center

Was not to pleased with service Advisor he was not truthful about my ETA he said he would call me back when parts were in and never received any call? So when I would call my Advisor he would have a a truthful about my ETA he said he would call me back when parts were in and never received any call? So when I would call my Advisor he would have a attitude,the customer should have the right to check on its ETA and treated with respect and not being lied too! Also but last why does Auto nation Chevrolet get more mechanic’s and open up more Bays it’s crazy to hear how the shop operates, by doing this you could keep up with customers needs? I love purchasing my vehicle’s from Auto Nations Chevrolet but scares me to get any warranty for my vehicles cause when there is problems with it I know it has to go to service! Once again get more mechanics so customers don’t have to wait so long for there vehicles to get back to the customers this is not a very good process? More

Had taken my wife’s truck to a auto repair shop to have shocks installed. The next thing we know there is a bad knocking sound on even the slightest bump. Took it back and they said that there was nothing shocks installed. The next thing we know there is a bad knocking sound on even the slightest bump. Took it back and they said that there was nothing wrong 😡. Took it to AutoNation Chevrolet North and with in minutes they discovered that the other shop installed the parts wrong. The crew here is awesome and honest. I’ll be bringing our trucks here from now on. More
