Had taken my wife’s truck to a auto repair shop to have shocks installed. The next thing we know there is a bad knocking sound on even the slightest bump. I did not purchase my vehicle from this AutoNation dealership. That was the worst experience of my life - HOWEVER, AutoNation Chevy North’s service department made everything right.
