Our daughter bought a 2018 Chevrolet Volt from this dealer and it broke down within the 90 day warranty period. She contacted them from the side of the road, and spoke to a service representative that dealer and it broke down within the 90 day warranty period. She contacted them from the side of the road, and spoke to a service representative that gave instructions for the tow truck driver to leave the car and keys and said they wouldn’t get to it until the next week. Between that day and 5 days later when the car was diagnosed, the 90 day warranty period expired, and they told her it wouldn’t be covered. They said that the warranty required formal authorization to approve them to work on the vehicle within the warranty period. We asked for more information on this warranty condition so we could better understand it, but they refused. We also tried to reason with them that since the car had broken down, and we contacted them and had the car towed to their lot within the warranty period, it seemed reasonable that we had given this authorization. We tried to speak with the GM several times and specifically requested that he call us back, but he never did. After 2 weeks of frustration we had to agree to pay to get the car back. To be treated so badly, after purchasing the car from them is disappointing. Especially purchasing a Chevrolet car from a Chevrolet dealership. Regardless of the warranty issue, we would have expected them to work with us better just due to the fact that the car they sold to us for $25,000 broke down within 90 days of purchase. We’ve since read many other negative reviews on Yelp about their customer care and see the “D-“ rating on BBB, so seems we are not alone in the concerns with this dealer. More

So far, so good, until we arrived at the appointment only to find that it was NOT an appointment, but an assigned time to LEAVE our car there so that they could look at it SOME TIME IN THE FUTURE WEEK. What????? We didn't feel that they were honest in getting us there. If they had told us what this 'appointment' was really for, we could have planned accordingly. I know times are rough, but honesty and fully explaining what their 'plan' was would have gone far for us. More
