Great place. No haggling. Bought my 2022 Trailblazer back in march. I have put some miles on it and already taken it in for 3 oil changes. I’ve been in and out wi No haggling. I bought a car in June 2022, had problems immediately including replacing the transmission, wasted time going back and forth with their warranty department and service department. Car is literally alread including replacing the transmission, wasted time going back and forth with their warranty department and service department. Car is literally already falling apart. Was not cheap and am still paying for issues out of pocket. More
Not a good experience with the dealer , first they told me they couldn’t look at my truck for like 3 weeks , they didn’t want to get me a loner or a rental vehicle but then I call GM and they approved a re me they couldn’t look at my truck for like 3 weeks , they didn’t want to get me a loner or a rental vehicle but then I call GM and they approved a rental for me . The truck was in the shop for 3 weeks after a got my truck back I didn’t pay attention or inspect my truck until I got home and notice a dent on the front of my truck I took a few pictures , that was just lack of respect and professionalism. I had to leave my truck for repairs to catch a flight home to Los Angeles. Service Manager was ready for me and introduced me to Jasmine who kept me inform over phone on repairs and when the transmissio home to Los Angeles. I booked a flight to Colorado and picked up my Suburban. Service Manager was there along with the tech. I made it home all thanks to the team. More
