I bought a car in June 2022, had problems immediately including replacing the transmission, wasted time going back and forth with their warranty department and service department. Not a good experience with the dealer , first they told me they couldn’t look at my truck for like 3 weeks , they didn’t want to get me a loner or a rental vehicle but then I call GM and they approved a re me they couldn’t look at my truck for like 3 weeks , they didn’t want to get me a loner or a rental vehicle but then I call GM and they approved a rental for me . The truck was in the shop for 3 weeks after a got my truck back I didn’t pay attention or inspect my truck until I got home and notice a dent on the front of my truck I took a few pictures , that was just lack of respect and professionalism. I had to leave my truck for repairs to catch a flight home to Los Angeles. Service Manager was ready for me and introduced me to Jasmine who kept me inform over phone on repairs and when the transmissio home to Los Angeles. I think the sales and service people take care of their customers but I can't say the cars are that reliable and it's very important to triple check your warranty timeframe, to have the car inspected and a customers but I can't say the cars are that reliable and it's very important to triple check your warranty timeframe, to have the car inspected and a diagnosis ran within 48 hours of having the vehicle. Because if it's a used car though it's thousands of dollars and looks nice they can't guarantee that its going to run properly once your warranty is up, it'll be called "unforeseeable wear and tear", that could end up costing you. But like I said in the beginning the sales and service people are good people, they work well with their customers to resolves issues. More
