AutoNation Chevrolet North - Service Center

I was excited to find a dealership so close to work but nothing went as expected. We met with Jasmine and both my son and I heard one thing but when it came down to it, it wasn't what was happening. Like any place of employment people have days off but there is "NO" communication about your vehicle when this is happening. Kyle in Service is the absolute STAR in this group, he went above and beyond to help me find out what was going on. We did finally get the car back and everything is good. Need some attention to how this service department is ran - very frustrating. More
