I knew that I wanted a truck that would seat 5 and fit in my garage. I went to a number of different dealerships and looked at a number of different trucks from different manufacturers. While on a non-chev my garage. I went to a number of different dealerships and looked at a number of different trucks from different manufacturers. While on a non-chevy lot they listened to what I wanted and introduced me to the Chevy Colorado (a year earlier model with only 100 miles that was picked up from a distressed dealer and was on their used car lot). I liked the look inside and out and the way it handled on the test drive. Which was during a downpour and I got to use the 4 wheel drive as we drove through rushing water that was above the hubs. I then went home and did my research. Once I was convinced that this truck had the reliability to go along with the other things I liked, I was ready to buy. I talked with the original dealership and with GO Chevrolet. The original dealership tried to sell me the year old truck at just below the going rate for a new truck. When I met with GO Chevrolet, I told them what I was looking for and they showed me not just the Colorados that they had on thier lot, but pulled up the inventory of every dealership in the state to show me everything that was currently available. After we identified which one that I wanted (color and options), we started to discuss price. There was no haggeling necessary. The first price they quoted me was better than what the other dealership wanted for the year old truck and was better than anything I could find online. I didn't like the bed liner that came with it and so they even gave me a great deal on a spray in liner (I'm sure they have worked a deal with that vendor, but it was a much better price than I could have gotten). I have gone back to the dealership for tire rotations and oil changes (standard maintenance) a few times, and get the same outstanding service. As a service center or a dealership, I trust Go. I imagine a lot of that has to do with the quality of people that own and run the dealership. As long as Jonathon Lampros is there, I will be a loyal customer. More
Very knowledgable, courteous, helpful and straight forward staff (Lampross). Felt well-taken care of, felt he understood our needs, wasn't overbearing, which made us want to work with him more. If we get a Chevrolet, it will definitely be from Jonathan Lampross and GO Chevrolet. I would recommend people to go to GO Chevrolet, and I would specifically reference Jonathan Lampross. More

His EASILY THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE DEALT WITH!! We were shopping around for a new Camaro. My husband spoke to a salesman, who's name escapes me. His name is pretty insignificant, though because he was so incredibly rude, that we would NEVER buy any vehicle from this dealership! We were looking for a very specific vehicle, it had to be the "perfect" one. The salesman told my husband that he did a search and couldn't find the car we wanted within 400 miles. He then tried to talk him into a vehicle that Go had in inventory, that was NOT the vehicle we were looking for. My husband told him no thanks, and that we'd keep looking. Amazingly enough, about 5 minutes after hanging up, the salesman had miraculously located the vehicle we were looking for, it was headed into Denver, and would be here in a few days. It was coming in to a different dealership, so he would have to dealer trade it, but he could get it if we were interested. My husabnd said he would call him back. I work for a company that gets a GM supplier discount. I called the salesman back to inquire about the pricing for the Camaro with the GM discount. He was completely evasive, and rude!! He basically acted like I was stupid for even asking for a discount on a Camaro. Apparently it's the dealer's discretion as to which vehicles may be purchased using the discount. "We've never given any type of discount on a Camaro. It's a very popular car. I guess I can talk to my sales manager, but I don't think we'd even consider it." There was a little more to it, but he basically said that it was unheard of and that I had nerve to even ask about it. Since they're so popular, they can sell it without giving any discounts. Fair enough, but how incredibly rude!! (And for the record, I got a FABULOUS discount somewhere else!) Then he wouldn't tell me how much they wanted for the car, but wanted me to commit to whether we wanted it. Then he admitted that he didn't even know if he could get the car because the other dealership may have it sold already. He was completely insulting to me. We will NEVER purchase a car from Go Chevy. I refuse to deal with anyone who can't show the smallest bit of respect to each of their customers. GO Chevy doesn't deserve my business!!! Incidently, I called Medved Chevy, and they found the exact car I wanted (and more), had it in town and ready to go within two business days. They gave us a great deal (including the "unheard of" GM discount on a Camaro), helped us find additional discounts we qualified for, and gave us a decent price on our trade. Go to MEDVED!!!!!!!!!!
