WOW! Where to start; this was the fourth dealership I'd went to within a week, the third one today. From the moment I was introduced to John Gwidt, he made my needs and wants his sole focus. You see, I have physical restrictions that cause me a lot of pain, so I wasn't your run of the mill car buyer. I came in with quite a challenging list, and he made all of it happen for me. You could tell he listened attentively to everything I said, and cared about it all. I'd left the other dealerships disappointed and exhausted. Here, John got me into my dream car, ( sounds cheesy I know, ) that I thought there'd be no way of getting at this point in my life. Got me an AWESOME price & rate, ( a little teary eyed, )and I left with a BRAND SPANKIN NEW 2014 CHEVY CRUZE !!!!!!!! Oh yeah; this all took less time then at any of the other places I'd been to. I've given a Great rating because I had all the recent experiences to compare this one to, and there truly is no comparison. If you want a top notch experience, check AutoNation Chevy out. Bought a car from these xxxxxxxx back in june of 2013, immediately had problems with it. Luckily i bought an extended warranty. The a/c went out when it was 95 degrees outside and took them 5 days to get immediately had problems with it. Luckily i bought an extended warranty. The a/c went out when it was 95 degrees outside and took them 5 days to get a new compressor from a local dealership. Then my car had a MULTIPLE cylinder misfire. so what do they do? They replace ONE spark plug and ONE coil. I always thought MULTIPLE meant more than one, but whatever. So now my car has 6 check engine lights and runs like crap. Its my opinion that the car should have been fixed PRIOR to me buying it from this worthless dealership. Please save your money and time and go somewhere else. More
