We have never been treated so badly as we were at Auto Nation Chevrolet. To start with, we had an "appointment" to look at a specific truck. Our salesman immediately handed us off to another salesman. After cooling our heels for a long wait, our new guy shows up, offers us a cup of coffee and disappears for another extended period of time. He finally showed up and told us the truck we wanted to see was no longer available. We asked about another truck, he was going to search for it. Long story short, we spent close to 4 hours there, most of it waiting time with the salesman out of sight. Finally he was spotted out on the lot waiting on another customer. At that point we got up and walked out. A bit later he called to ask why we left, and just hung up on us as we were giving an explanation. Auto Nation should be embarrassed to have employees with such a poor customer service attitude. More

I myself being a professional in sales and customer service was completely appalled at the way my wife and I were treated BY A SALES MANAGER (Chris) Story: We purchased a 2013 Equinox about 3 weeks ago to this post date. Everything went -okay- and we drove it off the lot. About half way home I realize we forgot to pull the license plates off the trade in (usually they do this for you, dont count on it!) so we made a quick phonecall to assure that the plates were pulled and held for us to come pick up at a later time. About 2 weeks after that my wife gets a chance to stop by the dealership and ask about the plates... nowhere to be found. So we gave them a chance to find the plates and scheduled a check up on the car for a week later (because the car was already having issues; tires/water pump) Today we dropped off the car, asked about the plates and was told that they were no longer at the facility and were probably thrown away?... So I asked to speak to a manager, here comes the ever so useful, Chris. I explained the situation to Chris, kept my cool... this idiot looks me dead in the eyes and tells me there's NOTHING they can do about it and that its our fault we left the plates.... we have a nice discussion about customer service and how shitty his is. PLEASE reply to this with the GMs phone number, you ALL need a lesson on customer service. We will not be back, nor will anyone who is close to me... this review is also going on google, yelp, white pages, and any other review site possible. You "sales people/managers" are a disgrace! More

The three vehicles that showed up on the various used car sites and on their own inventory listings were shockingly not available any more. Classic super hard sell, having you wait around, playing the sales manager game. Ended up purchasing a vehicle that met my criteria but that I subsequently found was leaking oil, the check engine light came on 20 miles in, and they had masked the smell of cigarette smoke. They knew this (despite or because of their 128 point vehicle check!!) as they tried to have me sign a non return waiver. Luckily I did not and returned the vehicle. I am currently trying to get my refund but they will not return my calls. Opened a fraud case with my credit card company. I worked with Ryan and Chris but I am sure they are not unique in their approach. More
Biggest P O S ever bought My 2010 GMC Acadia is the worst vehicle ever bought!!! 1st the A.C had to be repaired. 2nd this lead to the cooling fans had to be replaced. My 2010 GMC Acadia is the worst vehicle ever bought!!! 1st the A.C had to be repaired. 2nd this lead to the cooling fans had to be replaced. 3rd while all this was being repaired it was found the rear main seal was leaking and had to be replaced. 4th during this process, it now started making a odd sound with a vibration to which I was told it was normal. 5th now determined the water pump was leaking and could be the the cause of the sound / vibration so water pump was replaced, to which sound / vibration still there plus still smell antifreeze. 6th now the claimant control does not work properly which temperature is either super hot or super cold and can't get the air flow to come out of anything but the vents. 7th oh yeah.... the lumbar does not work in the drivers seat and the electric folding mirrors are not working. Wow!!! worst vehicle ever bought over the pas t few I have purchased through Autonation!!! This loyal customer will not be returning there to buy my next vehicle nor buy a GM product! More

The experience I had at this dealership was one of the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. Rick was absolutely great, he was very knowledgeable and with Thomas they went above and beyond to find the vehicle I was looking for. Also Jeff Miller in financing was informative and helpful in the paper work aspect of the deal. Again it was a very good experience and I would recommend them all to anybody looking to purchase a vehicle. More
