(5)Finally, the technician's walk-through video they send me didn't have audio, so it was useless. All-in-all, I got what I paid for... Worked with Ezekial in a bit of a time crunch, trying to get a car while going through life changes. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free purchase experience. Sales management and finance were just as helpful and patient. Completely unprofessional and unethical. Made up some fake scan reading and a problem to lower offer price by $1738. Problem does not exist. The acquisition manager is a complete liar as are the service and sales managers. The entire group is a bunch of con artists. Do not sell or buy anything from this group. They will lie to your face and make up stories to make themselves feel like they are giving you a deal. The owners and employees should be ashamed of the image they present to the public and customers. More
