Jaime was great and immediately assisted me while the initial sale rep never showed up for my appointment. Jaime showed me the Silverado I was interested in, and it had the options I wanted. I did not take a test drive due to being late in the day, so we set up the test drive the very next day, Jaime had the Silverado pulled up and earlier had fueled the truck with diesel. Elisa in finance was personable and professional and assisted in finalizing the documents and selecting the right extended warranty package. Thank you, Chevy North, this is my second purchase here, my first being in 2001 purchasing a Silverado HD and is still running today. More

First service was great, this last service was epic failure. They tried to over charge for things they didn’t the first time.
