Absolutely terrible experience with this service center. Zero communication from the staff to the point I had to reach out for updates 5 days later, where they informed me the vehicle had not even been looked at yet (see photos). Fast forward another several days and no communication so I had to call several times again to get a hold of somebody for updates. I was informed parts were being delivered and it would be done by Friday, 9 days after initial drop off. After no word on Friday, another several calls and unanswered voicemails left with the service manager , I was informed that the parts still weren’t in, at which point I told them I would pick up the car to be repaired elsewhere. Upon picking up the car 13 days after initially dropping it off, albeit not repaired, the battery was dead and the tech said the mechanic left the hazards on which drained the battery. So we waited another 45 minutes to have the battery replaced before we could finally leave. Rude and incompetent staff all the way up to the manager level. I will never return again and cannot recommend. More
I went to this dealership to purchase an Acura and the salesman(Matthew) offered to throw in some Weathertech floormats with the purchase. As I signed all of the paperwork I was promised by the salesman salesman(Matthew) offered to throw in some Weathertech floormats with the purchase. As I signed all of the paperwork I was promised by the salesman that he would send tracking info in 10 days because his rep wasn't available. Fast forward two months and I still haven't received them. Reached out the both the dealership and the salesman and was told that since I didn't have it in writing as part of the contract, that the dealership can't do anything for me and also that his rep from Weathertech can't get him a deal anymore so I'm out of luck. Moral of the story, don't take any salesman's word for anything. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. Its sad that the dealership is allowing all of these empty promises to happen in order to sell a car. This is a very minor promise but still a promise which the dealership should honor because the salesman is a representative of their business. Update: After talking to the manager about the situation, he immediately took action and came through on the promise that was given to me at the time of the sale. It's just unfortunate that it had to come to me writing a review and two months to have them make good on their promise, but they finally came through. All I have to suggest to potential buyers is to make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing and if they don't want to do that, make sure you can live without it if they don't come through or at least make sure the sales manager knows about the promises. Wanted to check out a used car that had been on their website for more than a week. Was told that it had not been given a 125 point inspection yet. So even though it was listed at a no haggle price I wou website for more than a week. Was told that it had not been given a 125 point inspection yet. So even though it was listed at a no haggle price I would have to wait to see if they were able to sale it. Feels like the salesman and sales manager David Rodger’s were trying to get people there and then try to sale them something else. Call and make sure what they list is really going to be available! KC was great to work with as were Cannon and Dave. KC handled my misunderstanding about the no-haggle pricing very nicely. Cannon was very nice to work with although it did take a lot of time to process considering we were paying in cash although I've never bought a car through a dealership before so maybe that's normal. The car needed a little more work after we bought it and Dave graciously came through to get it taken care of. More
