I live 250 miles away and when I called I got Alex. He really is the reason I spent the time and money driving 8 hours and 500 miles round trip to buy a car. He didn't have to but I had a few tests I w He really is the reason I spent the time and money driving 8 hours and 500 miles round trip to buy a car. He didn't have to but I had a few tests I wanted done for my comfort level and he happily abliged which he didn't have to do. He was very helpful though the whole process. The loan process was fairly straight forward. They also offered a 2 year warranty. The only issue is the loan person acted like I was stupid for not wanting that addition. She wouldn't stop, offered it in about 6 different forms and modifying the loan out for different payment options. While I appreciate options, imagine each of those times she acts like you're and idiot and she's flabbergasted you aren't interested. No one ultimately remembers what you said, but they do remember how they made you feel. If its only Alex, I'd definitely buy from them again. How I left there and being belittled for 20 minutes at the end of the interaction, I would do everything I could to AVOID purchasing from them in the future. I've given a out of 5 because 90% of the interaction was good, even going above and beyond (Alex). My true feelings are more like 2 out of 5 and will avoid them like the plague going forward. More
