I bought a car in June 2022, had problems immediately including replacing the transmission, wasted time going back and forth with their warranty department and service department. Car is literally alread including replacing the transmission, wasted time going back and forth with their warranty department and service department. Car is literally already falling apart. Not a good experience with the dealer , first they told me they couldn’t look at my truck for like 3 weeks , they didn’t want to get me a loner or a rental vehicle but then I call GM and they approved a re me they couldn’t look at my truck for like 3 weeks , they didn’t want to get me a loner or a rental vehicle but then I call GM and they approved a rental for me . The truck was in the shop for 3 weeks after a got my truck back I didn’t pay attention or inspect my truck until I got home and notice a dent on the front of my truck I took a few pictures , that was just lack of respect and professionalism.
