Service Dept lacks giving accurate information and will not respond to inquiries about where they are with the repair. Was told a couple of days only to find out they it was going to be 4-5 days before the not respond to inquiries about where they are with the repair. Picked up vehicle without having them do repair and they just released truck and did nothing to remedy the issue. We also received the truck back full of bird poop and tree seeds. AVOID this dealer and any warranty they attempt to sell you. I bought a truck from this dealer and I bought the extended warranty. I was told that I could cancel it at any point if I wanted to.
