Took a week to process my truck and return to me. Poor communication from the dealership as I had to call each time to follow up. The issues could have taken a day to complete but for whatever reason Poor communication from the dealership as I had to call each time to follow up. Seems like the wait time had all to do with when the dealer finally had the time to fix my vehicle. More

Browsing their website in the morning, by 8 am received email from their manager, book appointment for a test drive. Yahaira called me around noon, confirming my option & secured my time afterwork.
