I flew into Denver with the sole purpose of purchasing a car I found online. The Saleswoman, Jahaira, whom I was working with was unable to meet as it was her day off; but she did have her colleague, Sergio car I found online. The Saleswoman, Jahaira, whom I was working with was unable to meet as it was her day off; but she did have her colleague, Sergio, meet me. Jahaira had passed on all my information to Sergio and he made the purchasing and finance process smooth, quick and hassle-free. Sergio did a fantastic job and was very knowledgeable. I even had to return to the dealership the next day to cancel some unnecessary add ons I initially agreed on and purchased and to request a second key; which, was I was under the impression would be provided but but was not implied. David, the finance manager was very understanding and assisted me on changing the financing and along with Jahaira, and Sergio were integral in not charging me for the extra key I was Initially going to be charged for. Sergio even programmed the key himself. AutoNation Chevrolet North did a great job and I would highly recommend them for your next vehicle. More

Bought a 2018 Ford Edge Sport with 30000 miles. What seemed to be a great vehicle soon turned into a headache. It needed tires. They agreed to put tires on it which they chose to put a summer tire What seemed to be a great vehicle soon turned into a headache. It needed tires. They agreed to put tires on it which they chose to put a summer tire on it with wide 21” wheels. Absolutely useless in the snow. It gets better. The panoramic roof whistles all the time very loudly which the looked at while they installed the horrible tires. The have had my vehicle for several weeks. Now they say the whole roof needs to be replaced and it may not solve the problem and warranty will not cover it. Still trying to get someone at the dealer to make it right. They give you so many days to return the vehicle but you can’t while it’s in the shop. Nice strategy to screw over your customers. More
