Service department was very capable and helpful. I have serviced a couple of different vehicles with them and they are timely and efficient even with non-Chevy’s. Sales Albert was great. Service department has been horrible. They looked at the new truck I bought for a couple minor repairs. I waited for them to “get” the parts in to co Service department has been horrible. They looked at the new truck I bought for a couple minor repairs. I waited for them to “get” the parts in to complete the repairs. Very simple repairs front park sensor, fog light and tires. Brought it in at 7am. On the way in I got a service warning light on the truck that I made them aware of. I never received a call that day called them at 4pm to find out they didn’t have the right parts and haven’t had time to look at service warning. Told me they would have the part the next day and get me taken care of. Next day I got a call at 1pm saying the still didn’t have the part and haven’t had time for the service warning. I told them I need a truck to drive for work and told me there was nothing they could do but they had a Malibu I could use. They were not sure when my truck would be done that they would try to look at the service light. Later called saying I needed a new component for DEF system but they were unsure yet when they can get my truck back. So here I sit not knowing when I may have a truck back that is critical for my job. I traded in a perfectly good truck for a truck that I now don’t have or know when I may have and no answers from the service department. More
