We set up an appointment to have our vehicle issue diagnosed. The vehicle sat at the dealership for 10 days without anyone looking at it. Terrible communication from the staff. We were on hold for hours at a time just to get the run around about why our vehicle hadn't been looked at yet. Ended up picking up the vehicle to and dropped of at another mechanic shop where we had a diagnosis and a complete fix within 48 hours. We will never give business to AutoNation Chevrolet North again! Please don't allow customers to set appointments and set your team up for failure. More

Repeat issues still lingering from 2 weeks ago purchase. 4 different contacts to get picture of my last paystub which I had with me at purchase. Unorganized and seemed to not think about the details. My sales rep was great and so is the service manager but overall… two weeks to get new windshield, and actually steam clean the car (they said it had been done, but I did the driver seat and water was black). The perused inspection list I went back through and found multiple issues with. Also bumper had damage that was not listed in report. They missed sharing that as they would of found in the inspection. Very unorganized and disappointing More

Had a 0700. Was in service line before 0700. Told it would be ready between 1100 and 1130. I was dropped off at home. At 12pm I called and found out the car wou Was in service line before 0700. From now on I will wait for the service at the dealership. They confirmed working on other vehicles that had appts. later than mine as their owners were waiting. More
