The very first service appointment for my 2022 Silverado didn't go as planned as a particular warranty part that needed to be replaced was not available and I needed to leave my Silverado there for a week. didn't go as planned as a particular warranty part that needed to be replaced was not available and I needed to leave my Silverado there for a week. Luckily I still had my backup 2001 Silverado to drive as they never offered me a loaner vehicle to drive in the meantime. One thing I noticed a week after the service was performed was my crankcase was overfilled a bit and it worried me of my engine warrantee. The 2nd service appointment was setup 6 months later and their personnel were polite and professional. The only glitch this time around was upon checking my dip stick before leaving their lot was the technician had accidentally left off my oil fill cap. I realize it was human error and left it at that. I was glad that I checked it out though before leaving as it possibly could have blowback and oil all over my engine compartment. More

Extremely disappointed in how I was treated at this dealership. It took 7 weeks to get my vehicle back from service and it wasn’t fixed properly. 4 miles down the road I got the same check engine light dealership. It took 7 weeks to get my vehicle back from service and it wasn’t fixed properly. 4 miles down the road I got the same check engine light and ESC alert. I returned the vehicle and was told they would look at it that day. They didn’t. Another week later I finally received my vehicle back. I was lied to constantly throughout this process. I only received a loaner car once I brought my vehicle in for the second time. They were completely unsympathetic to my need for a truck for my work. Communication is almost nonexistent at this dealership and when they do it is only to tell you what you want to hear. I will never bring my vehicle to this dealership again or buy again from them.
