I was disappointed with the service. I was told that in order to diagnose my check engine light,I would have to leave my van there for 10 to 14 days BEFORE they could start the more in depth diagnostics order to diagnose my check engine light,I would have to leave my van there for 10 to 14 days BEFORE they could start the more in depth diagnostics I couldn’t take my van without loosing my turn in line. How many people can do without their vehicle for two weeks. I can’t. Then they had my van for two and a half days and all they could get done was an oil change. Replace a fuse for my reverse light and put a piece of tube on the windshield washer fluid tank. I had ask for a front end alignment and that wasn’t done and they did not address the faulty oil pressure gauge or the service stabilatrack light. Two and a half days they fixed the three easiest problems and I’m left still having to deal with the three serious issues More

I got a good price on a package deal for service, rotation and alignment. I was told to be about 2 hours. took 3hours. I was not advised during that time that the work would take longer. Irritating having to wait and not know what is happening. My car was leased at this dealership and has always been serviced there. Car did come back washed and looked great, tires and all. More
