I have been going here for years and sometimes it is great and sometimes not so much. I went on 5/26/22 for oil change and completed my appt online to get the 20% off oil change. I confirmed this when I great and sometimes not so much. I went on 5/26/22 for oil change and completed my appt online to get the 20% off oil change. I confirmed this when I arrived and when I left I thought I had received it till I checked my previous receipts that I keep and I did not. I called back and the gentleman I talked to (Garen) said to come back and they would check my brake pads and not charge me to look at them and let me know if need to replace. I only mention this because I told Chandler that my car shakes when I hit my brakes at high speed. Chandler never mentioned to check this out beforehand. when I paid he said I may want to check out in the future. Maybe I will get my 20% discount then. My complaint is that when I do this online and then say it again to the people in person that it will happen and that will fix any issues. This was not the case. I am disappointed. This place is convenient for me, but they can be high on their costs. More
The waiting area is dilapidated, has old torn furniture that makes a customer feel like no attention is being given to the one area where customers actually spend time at. The service advisor the brought m that makes a customer feel like no attention is being given to the one area where customers actually spend time at. The service advisor the brought my vehicle to the front once the oil change was completed gave another employee a “lift” on my vehicle which I didn’t like (I didn’t know my car was a golf cart for employees). Same service advisor referred to me as “hey boss”, “yeah bro”…. I wonder what happened to “hello sir”. More
The service that I received was fine, but the price point to repair my 2015 Silverado was nuts! Replacing a torque converter $5700+! No Thank you.
