Difficult to get ahold of advisor before getting my car towed there(sat on call for over 30 minutes), whoever I spoke to said that I would be contacted once my car arrives and I wasn’t contacted until the towed there(sat on call for over 30 minutes), whoever I spoke to said that I would be contacted once my car arrives and I wasn’t contacted until the next evening even though it arrived hours before closing, prices not fair, all issues that were discussed were not investigated. My check engine issue was not fixed, my light came back on after leaving the dealership. More

I went into this dealership not expecting much since we had a bad experience at Hudiberg at that location. many years ago. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and courteous personnel. Afi met us before we walked in and we immediately sensed he was a kind and hardworking young man. Mike followed with an introduction to the dealership and several other people on the floor. We already knew we wanted another Equinox but our prior dealership didn’t have one like I wanted.
