Wonderful service department I want to give a big shout-out to the service department at AutoNation Superstition Springs. A strut went out on our ZL1 Camaro at 29000 miles but we' I want to give a big shout-out to the service department at AutoNation Superstition Springs. A strut went out on our ZL1 Camaro at 29000 miles but we're already past our 3-year mark so it wasn't covered under warranty. Have GMPP exstended coverage but they call that part a shock absorber and don't cover shock absorbers but will cover a strut. So out of pocket the repair would have put us back about $840. After two days the service department manager got GM to honor the warranty for a $100 deductible even though it's past warranty time. Brian did a great job working with us. This is the only dealer I've had a positive experience with every time. A big thank you to them for going above and beyond. More
Tried to hide breakage. Took my car in on 12/16/16 for recall work. I was told it would be done in 2 hrs. It took 5. When I came to get the car I got the keys from the cashier and went to find it on the lot. I saw the driver window was down. Got in and tried to close the window. Nothing. Went to my service adviser to ask what happened but he had no answer. The man next to him started asking me if I would like a quote to fix the window. He said it was probably the regulator. I told him no and left. I had my own mechanic check it out and it was the regulator. I wonder how they knew that and why no one told me that the window wasn't working. When I saw my car was the only one with a window down I should have got a clue. I will never go there again for anything. More

Great service Mike Riley was my service advisor. My equinox was almost at 100,000 miles and I felt that he was very honest about covering parts under warranty so Mike Riley was my service advisor. Then they covered the labor for the part not under warranty which was greatly appreciated. They took care of the Rent-A-Car which I didn't even know was a benefit. It was nice to pick up my car and see they had ran it through a car wash ! Very friendly and efficient!!!! Thank you More

I took my Suburban in because I had a problem with the battery draining overnight. Something was drawing excessive power when the vehicle is shut off. I was told that the service charge to look at the veh battery draining overnight. Something was drawing excessive power when the vehicle is shut off. I was told that the service charge to look at the vehicle was $68 but I would only pay that if they found something and I refused to fix it. They told me right away that they found the problem. My alarm was malfunctioning and draining the battery. So I said can we just disconnect it. The service manager Vince said no it has to be removed because of the way it is wired it can't simply be disconnected. So I paid $150 to remove it. I was told it no longer had the drain and was fine. I took it home and left it parked for 2 days. I went out to start it and it was dead. I called and was told to bring it back in. I received a call a couple of days later that they had now found the problem. A penny was stuck in the cd player and was causing a short. That made no sense as the radio has no power when the truck is shut off and Vince said that it must be moving around and when they tested it before it probably wasn't in the right position but when I drive it it slides into a position causing a short. Sounds like a load but I was assured this would fix the problem. I said I can remove a penny and was told that would be bad as if it wasn't done correctly it might short out other things. It cost me $70 to remove penny from the cd player (no I did not get to keep the penny). Then they kept the truck for 3 more days just to be sure it was fixed. I was told they went out and it started right up every day. I went to pick it up and the battery was dead in the service parking lot. Vince said maybe he started it too many times. Apparently you can't start a vehicle daily and expect it to run. So I left it there and said I want it fixed and am not paying another cent to do it. No it has been there for over a week and no one has called me to tell me what it going on. I am done with this place. More
