I don't like how they attend me and theu have bad service because they had my car for 12 days and did not do anything to fix my car and they told me that they can't do anything and no one called me they just because they had my car for 12 days and did not do anything to fix my car and they told me that they can't do anything and no one called me they just texted me until I send a email they respond and they have not answerd me. I am very disappointed with my last visit! The mechanic admitted that he knew one of the hoses had a leak and that he had to add water but did not inform me or my service advisor. I drove home with a car admitted that he knew one of the hoses had a leak and that he had to add water but did not inform me or my service advisor. I drove home with a car that had stream pouring out and had to return to the dealership. My car is now in the shop until at least Monday Jan. 31 or Tuesday Feb. 1 and has a estamined repair bill of $1700. Because the leak was not part of the work order? Thanks to my advisor I do get a rental car but I am responsible for the daily extra insurance. More

I scheduled an oil change for 0930. I arrived at 0920. After advisor looked over the car, took pictures, checked tires, and mileage, I was told it would be at least an hour and a half to 2-hour wait. I signed off on the completion of work and drove away at 1230. I feel 3 hours is a bit too long to wait for an oil change. More
