The Service Advisor that was assigned to me at the time I make the appointment was very unprofessional. Very poor customer service skills. Took my 2013 Equinox in for a factory recall on an oxygen sensor. They supposedly replaced it, yet did not address (or even mention) the check engine light remaining lit. I made my oil change appointment online weeks ago. When I got there, I was told they had no record of my coming in. They were short staff, but still took in my truck. I am very disappointed with my last visit! The mechanic admitted that he knew one of the hoses had a leak and that he had to add water but did not inform me or my service advisor. My car is now in the shop until at least Monday Jan. 31 or Tuesday Feb. 1 and has a estamined repair bill of $1700. Because the leak was not part of the work order? Thanks to my advisor I do get a rental car but I am responsible for the daily extra insurance. More
