I made my oil change appointment online weeks ago. When I got there, I was told they had no record of my coming in. They were short staff, but still took in my truck. I am very disappointed with my last visit! The mechanic admitted that he knew one of the hoses had a leak and that he had to add water but did not inform me or my service advisor. My car is now in the shop until at least Monday Jan. 31 or Tuesday Feb. 1 and has a estamined repair bill of $1700. Because the leak was not part of the work order? Thanks to my advisor I do get a rental car but I am responsible for the daily extra insurance. More

I scheduled an oil change for 0930. I arrived at 0920. After advisor looked over the car, took pictures, checked tires, and mileage, I was told it would be at least an hour and a half to 2-hour wait. I signed off on the completion of work and drove away at 1230. I feel 3 hours is a bit too long to wait for an oil change. More
