I’m not familiar with the dealership as a whole I’ve only used the service department. The last two oil change appointments I’ve had the same service advisor. Next visit, I’m requesting someone else. Either he doesn’t like me or women in general, he is rude & unfriendly. I tried to explain something & he cut me off mid/sentence. When I picked up my car I found that my car h and Michael was very helpful. He explained what services would take place and how much they would cost. I brought my Camaro in because it was having constant issues with the Infotainment system trying to update and failing and resetting to factory. Michael Fiala said from the getgo he would take care of me issues with the Infotainment system trying to update and failing and resetting to factory. Michael Fiala said from the getgo he would take care of me and the car and he stuck to his word. He called and updated me daily and kept me informed about what was going on. He even helped get me a rental car to use while the car was in the shop. After all was done I noticed they had washed my car too! Basically the mint on top of the pillow there. More
