I brought my Camaro in because it was having constant issues with the Infotainment system trying to update and failing and resetting to factory. Michael Fiala said from the getgo he would take care of me issues with the Infotainment system trying to update and failing and resetting to factory. He even helped get me a rental car to use while the car was in the shop. After all was done I noticed they had washed my car too! Basically the mint on top of the pillow there. More

The Service Advisor that was assigned to me at the time I make the appointment was very unprofessional. Very poor customer service skills. Took my 2013 Equinox in for a factory recall on an oxygen sensor. They supposedly replaced it, yet did not address (or even mention) the check engine light remaining lit.
