Called AutoNation to make my 20,000 mile service check-up. Receptionist was very friendly & extremely helpful !! Day of service, Mechanic Mike in lane 2 was very courteous & knowledgeable of my n check-up. Receptionist was very friendly & extremely helpful !! So disappointed. Went in for a tint and new black badging, which I waited three months for. Tint job was terrible, car was not washed before slapping tint on. They popped the old badging off and left dents and scratches in the car where every letter was. I now have to wait for MORE black badging to come in to fix. Absolutely ridiculous work. More

We had an issue with our forward camera warning needing servicing. We called and scheduled an appointment at Auto Nation Chevrolet. They made it for a couple weeks out at 10:00 AM. We arrived and told the servicing. We called and scheduled an appointment at Auto Nation Chevrolet. They made it for a couple weeks out at 10:00 AM. We arrived and told the service manager we will have to wait because this is our only vehicle. He stated that that won’t work because there are 20 vehicles ahead of us. Auto Nation set us up for a rental car and covered all of the expenses. We are totally aware of staffing issues and the busyness of the service department. My only recommendation is, because this was not an urgent maintenance need, the scheduler should have scheduled us further out when they weren’t backed up or at least advised us that it could be one to two days of work needed. They did fix the problem and we picked up our truck the following morning. We are extremely happy with the service we were provided, just the scheduling issue needs to be fine tuned. More
