The folks at AN Superstition Springs really try and work with customers. The issues I’ve had with my service there are probably more related to the times (supply change issues, labor shortage and inflation) with customers. The issues I’ve had with my service there are probably more related to the times (supply change issues, labor shortage and inflation) than to the dealership itself. I appreciate their service and they are the only ones I will go to if I need service on my Chevrolet. Thanks! More

Customer service was great from the time I called for an appointment until I walked out after servicing. I have been going to the dealer since I bought my 2011 Equinox new. It was a hassle to get an appointment. I made my appt on line and they called me to change the appt because on line was double booking a Equinox new. It was a hassle to get an appointment. I made my appt on line and they called me to change the appt because on line was double booking appts. then I made another appt then I got an email saying it was cancelled so then I had to call again to reschedule. After I had the service done which I also got new wiper blades they left the plastic on one wiper blade. I have been happy with them 99% of the time but this time it was a lot of hassle just for oil change and wiper blades. More
