1st time with dealership. Impressed with check in procedures. Thomas was good in his procedure but I have very poor hearing/understanding and some filters were not replaced. Wish I was notified during service that they could/should have been. Also, on the drive home I noticed there wasn’t a sticker on the windshield reminding me of next recommended service. This was standard practice in Tennessee but may not be here. Awaiting a return call on this. The waiting area was comfortable and has great coffee and popcorn! Look forward to further service here! After noticing minimal air pressure loss on the driver side rear wheel of my C7 Grand Sport I made an appointment for an exam with Autonation Mesa. Wednesday, March 2 Mike Riley informed me of a crack and side rear wheel of my C7 Grand Sport I made an appointment for an exam with Autonation Mesa. Wednesday, March 2 Mike Riley informed me of a crack and another on the right wheel. On the same day he placed the order for two new wheels and seven days later they were mounted and installed. I thoroughly appreciate Mike taking the time to have all the wheels examined, preventing a potential road safety issue, and an additional visit . More
