Mike Riley was the best advisor ever. He kept checking and let me know as soon as my new battery arrived, then scheduled me for an appointment right away. I don't think service had a "full" idea about the recall battery for the Bolt. Had to call to find out the warrantee on the new Bolt battery. I would give 5 stars but dealership doesn’t have loaner cars and shuttle service not until 10:00. Also coffee machine out of service in the waiting room. As for the work done on my vehicle,5 stars. My Silverado was finished sooner than expected,the service advisor called me when it was done. All work was done to my complete satisfaction and the truck was nice and clean when I picked it up. One last thing, diesel oil changes should have full synthetic availability, or at least semi synthetic. I was told neither option was available. More
