When I told my service advisor that the recall job had to be done by 3:00PM, he said no way. After I left, he went to his techs and pleaded with them to get it done by 3:00PM. My Bluetooth radio was having problems disconnecting when I would hang up on a phone call. They replaced the entire radio and I just had to pay my $300 deductible with my extended warranty. When I got my car I made a phone call and it immediately did the exact same thing. So now I have to make another appointment to fix what they didn't fix. Did they even test it before giving me back my vehicle? I'm not happy and I hope they fix it next time and not charge me since they didn't even fix the problem. More
Service bay difficult to find. No service tech to direct me to correct service bay. I had to park, go inside, and look for someone to help me. No one was around so i knocked on the door of the service manager. When i tried to ask the service manager for help he told me to wait. However, when a technician came in right after me they started chatting. Poor customer service. Service assistant, Thomas Hanlon, was actually nice and helpful. Took 1.5 hours to do a simple oil change. Price was double what the web site indicated. Deceitful advertising. No updated sticker on windshield. Upon entering my vehicle i noticed the sticker in the upper left of the windshield was from the previous oil change at Gateway Chevrolet. That one was a good experience. More
