When I told my service advisor that the recall job had to be done by 3:00PM, he said no way. After I left, he went to his techs and pleaded with them to get it done by 3:00PM. My Bluetooth radio was having problems disconnecting when I would hang up on a phone call. They replaced the entire radio and I just had to pay my $300 deductible with my extended warranty. Service bay difficult to find. No service tech to direct me to correct service bay. I had to park, go inside, and look for someone to help me. However, when a technician came in right after me they started chatting. Poor customer service. Service assistant, Thomas Hanlon, was actually nice and helpful. Took 1.5 hours to do a simple oil change. Price was double what the web site indicated. Deceitful advertising. No updated sticker on windshield. Upon entering my vehicle i noticed the sticker in the upper left of the windshield was from the previous oil change at Gateway Chevrolet. That one was a good experience. More
