He apologized, said he'd take care of bill and we got a blank receipt. No mention of parts changed, no estimate on repairs I was looking for. Very disappointed in whole experience. Just lost my business on repairs that I need done. Seems like the mechanic lost our paperwork and I was completely ignored. More
