I bought a car from this location in 2017 and it currently has 31,000 miles on it and is still under warranty. This year alone it has been in the shop 5 times. The first time it was in for 9 week currently has 31,000 miles on it and is still under warranty. This year alone it has been in the shop 5 times. The first time it was in for 9 weeks. Each subsequent time after has been for the SAME issue. AutoNation has had my car 4 times in the last 4 months and each time they have had it for about 2 to 3 weeks.. after taking a whole week to even get an appointment after the car broke down. It was recently in the shop for 3 weeks (again for the same issue that its been in for 4 times now) they returned it to me fixed on Friday. I drove it home and when I attempted to drive it on Sunday it was broken down again. I dropped the car off on Tuesday after complaining to the service manager and as of Friday afternoon they still have no idea what they are doing to fix or even when I will get my car back. To me it seems that this service center is incompetent. At this point it seems like my car is just sitting there waiting for someone to look at it despite that they have had my car for my time this year than I have. This place is the worst. They do not care about their customers and they have left me (again) without a car for more than a week. Do not take your business here guys save yourself the headache. More

I've been with them since 2007, they have treated us right and sold us great vehicles. Thomas Muccilli took care of my Traverse and did everything I needed.
