Arrived at dealer at 8am. Kirk called in sick and it seemed to me that Thomas had to cover both jobs. My car had a rattle in the lower carriage. Seems to me if you have an appointment the technician should be ready to look at your vehicle. 3 hours later, Thomas informed me that a bracket broke off a exhaust pipe. He needed to check if my work would be covered under warranty. At 11am Thomas informed me this work would not be covered under warranty. The exhaust pipe could not be found in GM’s stock but one part store has it but he didn’t know if they would sell it to AutoNation. Now 11:30, Thomas let’s me know the pipe will be delivered to him on Friday. He would call me when he receives the pipe and let me know when they could install it. As of Friday at 4:30 no call. At 12:27 my car was ready. Thomas seemed very knowledgeable and was very pleasant. I think he was just extra busy. Inspection, pipe and installation came to $681. The price seems high to me, but the process seemed very long for a my car issue. Thomas informed me that when I bring the car back the exhaust will need to cool. I will bring it to the dealer two hours prior the appointment. I hope they will have a tech ready to wok on it. More

I bought an equinox, leased a Malibu and then bought a Malibu my experience with the sales team has been great. Didn't have a very good experience with one Finance person, don't remember his name, other than that my experience has been great at your dealership. More
