Had an appt at 12:00 for an oil change. They told me it would be an hour and a half to two hour wait. At the 2 hour mark they told me it would be another 45 minutes. I was disappointed with the dealership's designated service advisor. I waited for a lengthy period of time in the morning before the advisor showed up to get my vehicle registered and ready for servic service advisor.
