Not sure everything was checked during oil change as I had asked. When car was done the tires had not been checked/filled. I voiced this to another Service Advisor as Kirk had gone to lunch. All around bad experience. I was in because the power seat in my Camaro was jammed. I scheduled an appointment on Monday for Friday online. I showed up at my appointment time a I was in because the power seat in my Camaro was jammed. I scheduled an appointment on Monday for Friday online. I showed up at my appointment time and they acted like I was crazy to expect them to look at the car. They told me they wouldn’t even take a peek at it until Monday. When they did, they called and told me they needed to replace the entire seat back and the repair would be $1200. I thought that was a little ridiculous so I picked up the car and took it over to my local Big-O tires. Turned out it just needed a switch…it the door for $300. I paid $165 for a diagnosis that was complete BS. At the same time I had them quote me for an AC repair since the car was already in there. I was quoted $2800. How in God’s name am I supposed to trust that you have this one right after the seat. When I asked for a written estimate on the AC repair (that I paid for BTW) my service advisor didn’t even want to provide one to me. He then hand wrote a couple of things on the invoice…I know the dealer is going to be more expensive…but this is a sham. Quotes for service that don’t need to be completed? You are supposed to be the experts, not my local mechanic at Big-O. That’s why I brought the car to you in the first place. Extremely disappointed! More
Employee’s are very cordial and friendly.
