Everytime I've had a confirmed appointment its screwed up. They can't find my appointment at the dealership. Oil change last week, same thing. And they found issues with my vehicle but were UNABLE to pri up. They can't find my appointment at the dealership. Oil change last week, same thing. Always a hassle to go there. At least this time I didn't have to return the next day. Last time I had an appointment for a recalled wiper motor. Rep on phone said the Part was at the dealership. It wasn't. Had to overnight it and return there the next day. More

I used the body shop for a bumper replacement. The service tech asked me if the rear bumper sensors worked prior to the repair. I told him yes they did. He said they couldn't get them to test out. I was told that my truck didn't have the control module but the rear sensors are working fine. The service techs may need additional training. This is a 2022 with front sensors control module back ordered. More
