There is a serious communication issue among the service advisor staff and the customer! After spending $1100 on repairing my truck and asking if all my service request were performed discovered 2 of my req advisor staff and the customer! After spending $1100 on repairing my truck and asking if all my service request were performed discovered 2 of my requests were never performed. Asked several times for call backs from the service dept asking why…they gave me the Auto Nation shrug. Not complaining the work completed…just not at all pleased with the service department staff…including the manager of the group. Sad. More
