The Dealership seems responsive and professional but I cannot say the same about the Chevrolet vehicle itself. The Transmissions on many of their lines like my $44,000.00 ZR2 are faulty and have shifti cannot say the same about the Chevrolet vehicle itself. The Transmissions on many of their lines like my $44,000.00 ZR2 are faulty and have shifting issues that the Chevrolet Company refuses to address but instead encourages the dealerships to tell owners that rough shifting and jerking do not effect safety, should be accepted as normal so in other words GFY. Oil changes that take two hours are ridiculous. I have had two oil changes done at this dealership. Both took over 2 hours. One was because they took it upon themselves to do a recall that was on m I have had two oil changes done at this dealership. Both took over 2 hours. One was because they took it upon themselves to do a recall that was on my vehicle. They did it with out talking to me and I was late for another meeting. Second time was an oil change only. No tire rotation no car wash and after asking the service manager why it was taking so long he went and talked to the service writer. He said the paper work was being done now. I asked why it took so long? No answer. I asked why my dealership in Wisconsin could preform an oil change, tire rotation and car wash in 45 minutes and it takes 2 hours here. They couldn’t give me an answer. 15 minutes later the service writer came out and informed me that they were not going to charge me for the oil change. I will not be returning to this dealership. While on a vacation road trip from Minnesota to Mesa we experienced brake issues. We were able to get car in within two days and all problems were resolved same day. Very satisfied with the work and how th experienced brake issues. We were able to get car in within two days and all problems were resolved same day. Called Monday at the beginning of the week called Tuesday Wednesday waiting to get a call back didn’t get a call back until end of day Thursday before my appointment Friday. Saying they are busy.. was told m Wednesday waiting to get a call back didn’t get a call back until end of day Thursday before my appointment Friday. Saying they are busy.. was told my part came in by someone then come to find out part was not in after waiting 3 months… service advisor try’s to argue with me saying he called… yes 4 days later getting oil change as well … best he can do is 10% for dealer mess up wow Click More
