Tried calling numerous times and no one ever picks up. This happens all the time. So sick of your merry-go-round selections and waiting for an operator to pickup and she never does. This only cements my decision to go elsewhere for my vehicle needs. And to think I could have purchased a Diehard battery somewhere else for less money that I spent here and it would have a 36 month warranty, not a 30 month one. Another thing is that I've only driven 5,000 miles on a new car that I purchased from you, and my A/C has already quit on me. That means only 2,500 miles of potential usage since I only use it in the summertime. No way am I spending $200 to "check" the A/C, then pay $1,600 to repair it. You must be crazy to think I would pay that kind of money for it. No way will I fall for this scam. BTW if my "check engine light" had been on as Thomas indicated as the only way to fail emissions, I would have had the sense to have my car towed and not driven it. Guess Thomas M. thought I was too stupid to know to do that? Thomas also did not inform me that since they changed the battery that I would have to drive an excessive amount of time with 1/4 to 3/4 tank of gas for several days (per "Robert" assistant to "Barry") to reset the computer so that I could pass emissions. Meanwhile, I waited in line at emissions for 1/2 hour only to be turned away because the car was "not ready." Sin of omission. It is definitely time for me to part ways with Auto Nation. If you really "would love to talk to me," someone would have eventually answered the phone, right? Bye, bye. You just lost a customer.
