Dropped my car off on Monday, and Tuesday and received a call letting me know what was wrong. It will take a week to get the part so they sent the courtesy shuttle to my house to pick the car up. The service consultant makes the difference. I have had bad experiences at this dealership with different consultants. My consultant said they were measuring at a 4 and still had a lot of life left, but as I was leaving another gentleman said that my tires need to be replaced asap! Had me get out and look at them.
