I arrived at my appointment on time and the service department received my truck right away and directed me to the lobby where I was given a choice of being shuttled home or wait in the lobby. Service is honest and they don't typically try to sell unneeded services. After the vehicle was ready, we had to wait quite a while for a service advisor to become available to release the vehicle. In the past, you could get the keys from the cashier. It is extremely inconvenient because if an advisor is busy you have to just wait. More
