Took vehicle in and they needed to order a part. I contacted the service writer several times and he would not return my inquiry. Just got word part is in however the service writer did not order t I contacted the service writer several times and he would not return my inquiry. The service writer was in an accident and another service writer contacted ted.me. found out the the recall part was not ordered, plus the original service writer said i needed a new battery however it was not documented therefore not ordered. Spent time waiting for Service Advisor to check us in when other employees standing around couldn't help. Same with paying for the service, had to wait for service advisor, don't understand why the syste when other employees standing around couldn't help. The text communication was confusing, got an introductory text that I replied to, but no text when service was complete and car ready. Otherwise the service permformed was good. More

The car buying process was smooth. Russel was easy to work with. I was disappointed when I dropped off my car for my 1st service. I waited for approx 20 minutes before even being acknowledged I was in line to drop off my vehicle. There were service personal walking around the service area but no one came to give me an update on wait time. My husband was waiting in his truck in the parking lot was asked if he needed help but I was clearly in line. The service advisor was pleasant & helpful once I did get checked in & the service on the vehicle good. It's just the check in process was lacking. More
