Great customer service! Can’t say enough about them. Recently purchased my 5th vehicle from them over the last 15 years… both brand new & used. Can’t say enough about them. Recently purchased my 5th vehicle from them over the last 15 years… both brand new & used. More

They don’t care about what the problem is and set up an appointment. I use the term loosely. The appointment they set up is a week out. I arrive at my appointed time, and the service rep does not listen to me but proceeds to tell me that I need to leave the car with them for a week and a half so they can diagnose the problem. They have no loaner, nothing, just leave the car. I ask why can’t you make an appointment for when it can be looked at. Nope, just leave the car. I can’t be without my car that long. I go to work 35 miles one way every day. And where are you going to secure my car while you have it for some undetermined amount of time? And to make matters worse this is an ongoing problem with my Chevy Bolt that has now escalated to what is a hazardous condition where the rearview mirror/camera system gets so hot I can’t touch the mirror. No one but sales answers the phones, you can’t talk to the Service manager or anyone else and no one returns your calls if you manage to get to someone's voice mail. Sales tries to put you through, but it just goes to a phone transfer run around until it drops your call. More
Because of this young man, I will definitely consider your dealership for my next car. I have not bought a car miss dealership Since I bought my 2005 Corvette. It was the service department that turned your dealership for my next car. I have not bought a car miss dealership Since I bought my 2005 Corvette. It was the service department that turned me off to the dealership. AutoNation in Gilbert also turned me off to automation. The amount of time that it used to take to get my service done the problems I had getting my rebate back from the vehicle I had after I sold it I must say this young man has totally changed my mind. When dealing with automation in Gilbert, I even had to get Chevrolet involved. Being a GM employee I always have bought GM. You now will be on the top of my list for consideration when buying my next car in about a year. More
