Took vehicle in and they needed to order a part. I contacted the service writer several times and he would not return my inquiry. Spent time waiting for Service Advisor to check us in when other employees standing around couldn't help. Same with paying for the service, had to wait for service advisor, don't understand why the syste when other employees standing around couldn't help. While waiting to get my car for a basic oil change I observed Mr Fiala taking time with a lady to help her air her tires look at them. here in Mesa.
