I bought a used 2012 Dodge Durango 3 weeks ago - everything with buying the vehicle was GREAT! I worked with Leo and he was AMAZING! I never felt pressured to buy and he got me an even better deal than I was expecting. The issue came 4 days later when the car started overheating and not starting. I took the car to the dealership 8 days ago - they did give me a car to drive in the meantime but they haven't been able to figure out what's wrong with the car or how to fix it at this point. That's why they are currently at 3 stars - the sale was great - I enjoyed the car for a few days but haven't had it since. A little frustrated that we will be 11 days out of not having the car that will be due for a payment here soon for 11 days and probably longer than that. If they get it fixed soon - I'll gladly up their stars however, if they don't get my car back to me soon - some other measure will have to take place. More
Had an appointment for a key recall. First they told me 3 hours. When I got there no one would help me or greet me and then they said 4 hour wait. After 2 hours they called and said the keys are not in, there's a nationwide backorder and they will have to reschedule. I pick up my car, and the windshield is cracked. I called another dealership and they have the keys on hand. They didn't know anything about a shortage. Very disappointed. More
